Cancellation policy

We ask for a 25% deposit on booking.

The balance of your payment will need to be paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival or you booking may be cancelled.

Cancellations more than 35 days prior to arrival will be refunded fully.

Cancellations made between 35 days and 2 week prior to arrival will forfeit the 25% deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable.
